DELIVERY

Shipping in mainland France and internationally.

Your packages are sent within 2 to 5 working days for creations already made, it takes 14 days for personalized orders.

Each order is carefully packaged, protected in bubble wrap, all in a bubble envelope.

You will receive a tracking number by email after sending your order.​

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

You can make a return within 14 days of receiving your jewel provided it has not been worn, by contacting us by email aftertherainatelier@gmail.com  or on our social networks, specifying the number of your order.

The return costs must be your responsibility.

Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged.
